When You Convert Challenge Into An Opportunity #MyFriendAlexa

Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder. Let the challenges make you strong.

Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder. Let the challenges make you strong.

We face challenges everyday in our life in form of major and minor daily routine we follow, in the form of people we deal with, in the form of we express ourselves and so on.

Few of us call it struggle, few of us blame it on destiny or call it bad luck and few of us convert these challenges into opportunities which led them to success.

There are lot of examples of men and women who just turned their approach of seeing the positive side of such so-called struggles and how they converted them into opportunities.

Initially, when such things happen, then we feel low in everything from energy to synergy and gets an allergy. 😀

Bad rhyme, isn’t it? 😛

Coming back to the topic, it is always said to take risks in life because you dont lose anything. If you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise. Another quote I read and believe in most is: A smooth sea never made a skillful sailor.

For everyone, these are big hurdles in our growth. But I believe its just our perspective how we see them as they can be either stepping stones or stumbling blocks. The moment something goes wrong, we just pay our attention to the problem or the challenge rather than finding out its solution.

If you read every successful person’s story, you will see how much they’ve struggled to taste that success, there we learn success never comes without these struggles in life.

I see Mr. Amitabh Bachchan ji’s journey which is no less than a struggle. He got 12 flops back-to-back but it did not discourage him to quit but encuraged enough to work harder and result was Zanjeer was his 13th film and a big hit of that era. Lot of similar examples: Irrfan Khan(Bollywood actor), Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mary Kom, Ratan Tata, Late Dhirubhai Ambani ji, Late APJ Abdul Kalam Sir and list is never ending. I totally believe in what I read in my childhood- Failure is the key to success. When I see such inspiring people, my belief gets stronger and pushes me harder to work more and more. I have tasted failures in life, so the success too. And that glory, joy when you taste success is not something which can be expressed here in words. But, success remains with people who remains grounded with their roots and don’t get on to the cloud 9, which I have seen in most of the cases.

One thing I have experienced and seen in people that when such situation arises, you need to be optimistic and see the positive side of things, it will always be easier then to find out the solution.

At last, I would summarize my post with the following quote:

  1. I guess converting challenges into opportunities is quite a challenge in itself for so many people. But then even if one of these succeeds, then the sky is the limit! Beautifully done :).

  2. Nice post. Just what I needed today. I think all of us feel low at times. It is about knowing where the falling ends and rising begins. To stop brooding and start acting. To stop waiting for someone else to bring happiness or give that push and start trying for ourselves. 🙂 Keep motivating.
